W. Glucksman contributed three papers to the early volumes of the Transactions of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers: "Fixation of atmospheric nitrogen by electricity" (1910, Vol. 2(10), p. 266), "Notes on electric furnaces with special reference to an induction furnace" (1913, Vol. 4(9), p. 210), and "Additional notes on electric furnaces" (1914, Vol. 5(4), p. 61).
He was presumably Dr William Wolff (or Wolfe) Glucksman, medical practitioner, son of Moses Glucksman and his wife Ernestine, and married to Isobel (Bella), born Measroch, with whom he had two sons.
